As owner and founder of AG Athletics, my purpose is to create a positive environment where Athletes of all skill levels can grow. I feel called to serve you, to help you with your athletic career and ultimately, to draw you closer to our Savior, Jesus. I want to help set our Athletes up to succeed in not only their sport, but grow in their faith. We will grow in and outside of the gym together as one community focused on a bigger purpose.

 

I love working with those around me to reach their full potential in many aspects of life. I am dedicated to creating a positive environment to help you establish your goals and stay focused to achieve what you feel called to do. 

 

Having been in the fitness field for over 11 years as a coach and trainer, I have had the amazing opportunity to train hundreds of Athletes at all levels, from beginners to professional Athletes. I have experience training Athletes in a variety of sports such as football, baseball, softball, soccer, lacrosse, tennis, and hockey, tailoring training to their specific goals within each sport.
